THE EXECUTIVES

The Executive Committee, with the leadership of the Executive Officers, shall be the principal governing body of the organization. The board shall disseminate all information regarding activities, proposals, plans, and all other matters pertaining to the JPIA OLFU- VAL. It shall work jointly with the JPIA – OLFU VAL in the promotion and participation of the events lined up for the whole federation year. ACCOUNTING & SOCIO CIVIC

Accounting and Socio-civic Pool. This committee shall be the representatives of the JPIA – OLFU VAL in various inter-school, regional, and national quiz bowls and non-academic events that would require specific talents and skills. FINANCE

AUDIT

The Audit Committee. The committee is expected to work with the Vice President for Audit in auditing the financial statements in the local chapter made by the Vice President for Finance. MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP

The Marketing and Sponsorship Committee. The committee is responsible for the sponsorship and solicitation affairs of the organization in every event and for facilitating the merchandise selling of the organization.
